These Terms of Use apply to Elpis Kids Art Journal ("Elpis", "we", "our", or "us"). By using Elpis, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Elpis is designed for parents and guardians to save, organize, enhance, and revisit a child's artwork. You are responsible for the content you add to the app and for making sure you have the right to store or process it.
Private Family Content
Do not upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, or that you do not have permission to use. Avoid adding private child information, addresses, school names, or sensitive family details unless you are comfortable storing that information on your own device or iCloud account.
AI Features
AI Beautify, AI Review, and related AI features are optional. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or imperfect. They are provided for creative and reference purposes only. Always keep the original artwork.
Subscriptions
Elpis PRO subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple through your Apple ID settings. Elpis does not process credit card information.
Availability
We work to keep Elpis and its optional AI service available, but features may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, network conditions, third-party service limits, or platform requirements.
Intellectual Property
You keep the rights you have in the artwork and content you add to Elpis. The app, interface, brand, and service software remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Disclaimer
Elpis is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Back up important content and keep original artwork when possible.
Changes
We may update these terms when Elpis changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page.
